The ingestion pipeline that collects state-of-charge, state-of-health, and V2G power-flow telemetry from every vehicle's onboard SDV stack and reconciles it into one depot-wide operational view.
The ingestion layer maintains a persistent OCPP WebSocket session per stall and decodes ISO 15118 signal-level messages from the onboard SDV stack of whichever vehicle is plugged in, extracting state of charge, pack temperature, present power flow direction, and fault codes at sub-second intervals. A message broker fans this out into per-vehicle topics so downstream scheduling and telemetry services subscribe independently without contending for the same connection.
Individual vehicle streams arrive out of order and at uneven rates, so the reconciliation service buffers each vehicle's telemetry in a short watermark window, corrects for clock skew against the depot's reference time source, and merges the result into a single depot-state snapshot every second. That snapshot feeds both the scheduling engine's re-optimization loop and the operator dashboard showing total connected load, total available V2G discharge headroom, and any vehicle reporting a fault.
